Hello, I am Coach Maverick a US Air Force Veteran and I have been living a fitness lifestyle for the past 20 years. Throughout this Journey I have experienced 12 years of powerlifting, 4 years of Crossfit and now currently Kettlebells, Mace and Calisthenics only. I have learned what I feel, works and what doesn’t. We are busy individuals and we want things taught efficiently so we can benefit from Them.
Mavericks Field House began as a Functional Fitness oriented facility in 2014.  After rigorous training and continued education, Mavericks Field House expanded areas of expertise with Strongfirst Level 1 and Level 2 certifications in 2016, with continued education from Kettlebell Kings in 2019.
 At Mavericks Field House we continue to actively seek growth and knowledge in order to create innovative methods based on natural flow and human movements. Our goal is to provide adequate tools, knowledge and an environment for growth and improvement.

DAILY FEATS OF STRENGTH

Monthy Subscription of 3-5 workouts a week. These workouts are 20-30 minutes long and can be done by anyone at any level of fitness.

BEGINNINGER KETTLEBELL

This program is designed for anyone that wants to start using kettlebells into their daily prorgramming. This is a 4 week program that will teach you everything you need to know about kettlebell movements and exercises.

ONE ON ONE COACHING
